On December 14th, in partnership with PEEL, this show will be giving back to Cafe Momentum.

Café Momentum is an award-winning restaurant and culinary training facility. We aim to transform young lives by equipping Pittsburgh’s justice-involved youth with life skills, education and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential. In building Café Momentum, our primary goal is to build a sustainable model that provides justice-impacted youth (ages 15-19) with the holistic support they need to TRULY THRIVE.

On September 13th, in partnership with PEEL, this show will be giving back to Face2Face Healing.

Building support through a community of individuals dealing with cancer or conditions causing an altered self-image. We aim to promote healing through outreach, advocacy, interaction, activity, resources, and education

The experiment showcases art forms including live music by Lexi Agona, Sacronic RNG, and Denzel The Artist; live painting by Clarise Fern; dance performances by fireWALL Dance Theatre; exclusive lighting design by WallFlower Event Design; a photo booth, drinks, and food. The show is meant to bring the community together and form new bonds while giving back to local nonprofit Young Adult Survivors United (YASU).
 
Founded in March 2020, YASU helps young adult cancer survivors (those diagnosed at 18-45 years of age), and their caregivers cope and thrive by providing emotional, social, and financial support. Any young adult in the United States who has been diagnosed with cancer can register for a free membership to access YASU’s services, which include virtual and in-person support groups, uplifting social activities, free counseling, free respite trips, and wellness workshops. YASU also provides financial assistance grants for members in southwestern Pennsylvania.
 
YASU is one of multiple nonprofits to benefit from an R&B Open Floor Experiment, which gives back as it tours cities around the country with the goal of building strong connections between the community and the arts. “We are beyond excited to partner with Denzel The Artist for this very unique show,” says YASU Founder and Executive Director Stephanie Samolovitch. “The proceeds will bolster our work to support and uplift a growing and often-overlooked community of cancer survivors.”

We offer emotional, social, and financial support with the goal of enhancing the quality of lives for YA cancer survivors and their caregivers/co-survivors.

On June 29th, in partnership with PEEL, this show will be giving back to the 412Foster Project.

412 Foster Project firmly believes if we are addressing the issues facing children and families then we are addressing just about every other social issue. It is our mission to support children and families with a focus on families involved in foster care as well as vulnerable children and families experiencing poverty.

On May 18th, Denzel The Artist will be returning home to hit the stage with local R&B artists and poets to put on one of the most vibiest shows of the season.

On March 15th, in partnership with PEEL, this show will be giving back to Treasure House Fashions.

Featuring Denzel The Artist, Hana Daisy, Quinto Smith, The Collective CLE, and Clarise Fern.
